We utilize both the Robinson R-44 and Robinson R-22 in our helicopter flight training. The R22 is light and therefore low inertia making it extremely responsive to flight control inputs. The R-22 may be the most fun helicopter to fly. The R-44 is heavier than the smaller R-22 version, which means that it can handle winds and turbulence better.
